Hombre has been one of our junior breeding stallions for the past few years and he has done us proud. He has consistently produced excellent foals with outstanding conformation, talent and temperment. He has also been a tremendous asset for teasing maiden and nervous mares as he has the patience of a Saint. Sadly, we have decided to offer him for sale as we feel we cannot truly do his Halter & Pleasure bloodlines justice since we focus mainly on breeding performance horses. Scooter is a 2 yr. old bay tobiano colt. He is one of 3 foals sired by Summers Gallant Ghost who is a homozygous son of our World Champion Summers Half Moon. Scooter's dam is a quarter horse mare who is Smart Little Lena bred & also listed on this site. This guy is absolutely adorable & he is a lover. He loves attention & is very curious. Smart & eager to learn. He is halter broke & leads & is picking up his feet for us. Like all the rest of our horses, he has been raised with natural horsemanship. His pedigree includes several champions in both the quarter horse & paint horse bloodlines. His dam is on the small side so he will be a smaller horse & will probably be the size of a large pony & mature to a maximum of 14 hands. His build is a little more refined & not quite so bulky as the quarter horses. He still has alot of growing & filling out to do but he will be well suited to a youth rider or a petite adult. He is currently still an intact stud colt but we can have him gelded before shipping if you wish. He has a great temperament, is very athletic & learns quickly. Scooter is also very nicely marked & he gets noticed. He's never met a stranger ~ he loves everyone. Great trail, show or pleasure prospect. He is a little dirty in the pics as he does live outside with his peers. Great Opportunity!!
